i have missed my blog

darn facebook has made it to easy but I have missed my blog.

my current project is called Man and Wife. I just think it is so cute.

and this mermaid is mostly beading left to do but it is heavy and I find it just to hot to work on right now.

Decorating?

Most of you have probably put your Christmas Tree away by now, but I am still decorating one.

and I also put a few stitches on my mermaid

I woke up this morning to some very cold temps. It was -50C with the wind chill here. It was a painful day to be outside.

Goodybye 2013

As I post my last stitching post of the year I am happily looking forward to new patterns, fabric and many more projects.

I started these 2 pictures before Christmas and I am determined to finish them before I pick up any other project.

 The weather here has been all over the place sometimes bone chilling cold -48 with wind chill and then windy and +6. the fog did make some beautiful trees though

and also time to start slowly putting away the christmas decorations.

Thanksgiving update

here in Canada it is Thanksgiving weekend and a sunny beautiful one it is.I hope this week I will finish the scales and move on up. All the gaps on the fins are for beads, there are a lot of beads on this gal. For those that are celebrating I hope you have a wonderful visit with family and friends
