March already

Jill Rensel sent some choices for 2 of my pictures. And here is my weeks worth of stitching. It looks sort of strange right now. For some reason(unknown to me) I always like to stitch the face first and then move to the right side, go all the way down to the bottom and then stitch from the bottom up.

Touching the Autumn Sky and Tigerlily have arrived at the framers and soon I will have an update as to the framing. Blue Geisha has become a I can't put it down project.

Real happy to say I can post a finish. Tigerlily is done

And now for my wip. Its is the Blue Geisha from Joan Elliott.I love her designs. Almost have her face on, I have been counting and recounting my stitches because I do not want to frog these small ones.

Usually I don't bead and backstitch until the end but she is big so I am going to do them as I go.

Not done not even a good excuse.there is only some beads to put on.spent the day pulling fabric and looking at patterns. I think I will start a geisha from Joan Elliott.

late

I usually like to update my blog on Sunday evening but I am one day late and I have a good reason for being late. I stayed up very late last night to finish Touching The Autumn Sky.

This week I will work on Tigerlily and maybe she will be finished soon.

I had a pretty good week of stitching and I am looking forward to seeing the end. Still waiting on the beads, they are taking forever to come.

My week started off good and then my husband came down with that stomach virus so not a lot of stitching was done. All is well now so I can get back to stitching again.
